Quantity Surveyors (Intermediate/ Senior) - Established Construction Contractor

CSR is representing a Top 5 Building Contractor based in Northern Ireland. The company has a proven history in High-Rise/ RC Frame Buildings within the Design & Build Sector.

Projects undertaken by the company include Hotels, Apartment Developments, Mixed Use Developments, and Student Accommodation.

Opportunities exist for Intermediate to Senior Level Quantity Surveyors to join the commercial team, and carry out the following:

• Cost Planning
• Subcontract procurement & management
• Cash Forecasting
• Weekly Reporting
• Labour Forecasts V Actual Costs
• Variations
• Final Accounts
• Travel (1 night per week to London)

Successful candidates will be Quantity Surveyors with 2-3 years' experience working for a reputable contractor or developer on large scale developments.
