Quantity Surveyor – Residential Developer - Wicklow

A Quantity Surveyor is required by a leading residential developer to work on projects in Wicklow.

For over 15 years, the company has been developing Greenfield sites ranging in size from small, high-end residential to larger scale 600 + unit communities. 

This project consists of 350 units to be delivered over a 4 year timeframe. 

Reporting to the Commercial Director, the role will be based predominantly in Wicklow fort at least the next 4 years.

The Person

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related
• Previous experience working on Residential developments is beneficial
• Take ownership of duties
• Strong communicator
• Commercially minded

The company have an excellent structure in place for developing staff and you will gain experience working on projects throughout the entire life-cycle.
