Quantity Surveyor - Main Contracting background.

A unique opportunity exists for a Quantity Surveyor with a main contracting to join an established & expanding contractor based in Co. Armagh region.

The company is a specialist in its field, and is heavily involved in Design & Build projects throughout the UK & Ireland.

This is a new and exciting opportunity within the Contracts Team.

Reporting into the Contracts Director, this role will suit an established Quantity Surveyor who is managing their own job(s). It would also suit a highly capable Assistant Quantity Surveyor level with ambitions to make a step up to Quantity Surveyor level in the next 9 - 18 months. Quantity Surveyors will be working on projects ranging in value from £2m to £10m. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be able to work as part of a team, and be confident running your own block of packages and have a long term career goal to become a Commercial Manager in the future.

Quantity Surveyor - Key Skills

• Main Contractor Quantity Surveying Experience
• HNC/Degree Qualified
• 3-5 Years +  Quantity Surveying experience
• Managed complete life cycle of projects including closing out of final accounts
