A general maintenance and refurbishment contractor based in Northern Ireland that work with a wide range of clients in both the public and private sector - from social housing to council projects - is seeking to recruit an additional Senior Quantity Surveyor for their team in Co. Down.

Reporting to the Contracts Director, the successful Quantity Surveyor will be required to work on a measured term contract.

To qualify for this exciting opportunity, the company are seeking a Quantity Surveyor with experience on MTC contracts and experience working on similar projects. However applicants without MTC experience will also be considered.
