An exciting opportunity exists for a Quantity Surveyor to join a leading NI Fitout Contractor with work based throughout the UK & Ireland.

The successful QS will join a highly respected contractor that specialises in completing large scale and complex fit-out projects predominately based in South East England.

As Quantity Surveyor for 1-2 projects at simultaneously, you will be responsible for post contract Quantity Surveying duties which will include:

• Client facing interaction
• Measurements
• Sub contractor management
• Managing payments
• Handling Subcontractor Valuations
• Financial reporting
• Attending site meetings
• Assisting with the production of various reports
• Procurement

A degree in Quantity Surveying is essential. Applicants studying PT will also be considered.

Previous experience for a main contractor or sub contractor operation in the refurbishment and / or fit-out sector is preferred.

Previous experience carrying out post contract duties as an Assistant QS or Quantity Surveyor is essential.

Travel will be required 1-2 nights a fortnight.
