A leading international property Developer is currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their busy commercial team in Co. Antrim. Working on a large scale, prestigious residential and retail developments, you will come from a strong QS background with either a main contractor or developer.With a keen eye for detail, you will be working for a leading developer with an enviable portfolio of upcoming projects throughout Ireland. 

The Role

• perform risk, value management and cost control
• advise on a procurement strategy identify
• analyse and develop responses to commercial risks
• prepare and analyse costings for tenders
• allocate work to subcontractors
• provide advice on contractual claims

The Person·         

• Degree is Quantity Surveying or relevant·         
• 4+ years' experience working as a Quantity Surveyor (ideally with a main contractor or developer)·         
• Excellent reporting skills
• Strong Negotiator
