An excellent opportunity exists for a Quantity Surveyor to join one of Northern Ireland's leading Fitout and Refurbishment contractors.

In your new job as a Quantity Surveyor you will initially manage 3-4 sites simultaneously and take overall accountability and responsibility for the Commercial aspects of the projects. 

The successful candidate will have experience working within the building/Fitout or main contracting sector. Candidates with excellent communication skills and experience managing on site contractors will be suitable.

The role reports into Managing Director. You will be an integral part of an expanding and successful business. Within this role you will be accountable for taking over some of the company's existing projects, you will work throughout the UK & Ireland, and be required to stay away up to 1-2 nights per week.
