A well-respected client of ours is looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join their commercial team in Co. Antrim. They are a well-known construction company and cover sectors such as Hotels, Education, Leisure, High-End Residential, Commercial and more.

Responsibilities Include:

• Management of sub-contractor procurement and attendance at sub-contractor pre-contract meetings.
• Budgetary control including monitoring of costs and the prompt identification and management of overspend.
• Identification, pricing and settlement of Compensation Events, variations and additional work

Requirements:

• Have a minimum of 2- 3 years demonstrated experience as a QS/ or Estimator
• Have excellent communication skills
• Extensive experience working within the construction sector
