Quantity Surveyor – Mullingar

A Quantity Surveyor is required to work on behalf of a leading Building company based in Mullingar

Wroking on residential, education and commercial projects in the midlands  the company has built a strong reputation for delivering projects to as both a developer and main contractor. 

They have a strong pipeline of work with a number of ve sites and 4 sites forecasted to commence this year and in early 2024. 

Reporting to the Commercial Manager you will be responsible for:

·         Making sure that construction costs and production are managed as efficiently as possible

·         Variations

·         Measurement

·         Valuations

·         final accounts

Criteria

·         Degree educated in Quantity Surveying or related topic

·         5+ years’ experience working as a Quantity Surveyor

·         Excellent commercial acumen

·         Strong leadership skills

The role will be based full time in Mullingar with site visits when required.  Hybrid working options are available.
