Location: Belfast – Travel to South of France (3/4 nights away, 2/3 weeks at home) 

Alternatively – Based full time in South of France

Project: Building (Hotel Project)

Salary: Experience dependant (Travel bonuses)

Experience: Int / Senior (5+ years exp) Contracting experience Preferred

Package: Flights, accommodation and expenses paid

Description

CSR is currently recruiting for a senior quantity surveyor for a South of France based Hotel Project. Multi-million pound/euro project, contracting experience required.

The Company

Belfast based company with a mass of projects in NI and the UK, and have just secured a sought after project in Europe as well. This Hotel project will see the selected QS work in the South of France with regular travel to the project or alternatively, will see the QS basing themselves in the area for the duration of the project.  

Duties & Responsibilities

·         Cost preparation

·         Cost analysis

·         Sub-Contractor management

·         Variations

·         Final accounts

·         Valuations

Criteria

·         Educated to degree level in Quantity Surveying or relevant RICS accreditation

·         Previous experience on Hotel projects from the contractor side

·         Excellent communication and organisation

·         Experience as a senior QS in similarly large projects

·         Management experience

The Opportunity
