My Client a leading commercial Fitout firm with close to 20 years history have a requirement for a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to join their Commercial Team.

The company have a well-established list of clients in the office, retail and hospitality sectors with a portfolio of high quality Fitouts across NI, Ireland and UK.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of tender & contract documents together with bill of quantities
• Value management & cost control
• Re-measurement of bills of quantities
• Preparation of subcontractor packages
• Building client relationships
• Preparation of interim valuations
• Monthly cost reporting

The Person

• QS Experience in the fit out sector with some estimating duties
• Relevant construction degree/qualification
• Excellent communication skills
