CSR are currently working on behalf of a high end fit out contractor, to recruit for a Quantity Surveyor. Based in their office in Co Armagh, you will be joining a highly motivated team who have worked on a range of exciting innovative high end fit out projects throughout NI, ROI and the rest of the UK.

As an experienced Quantity Surveyor you will join their commercial team and will work closely with the Commercial Director. You will be heavily involved in all aspects of each project from start to finish.

Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.

Produce monthly commercial reports.

Manage variation to contract accounts.

Identify, analyse and develop responses to commercial risks.

Present complex and detailed reports

The person:

Degree qualified

A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a similar role

Strong numerical and IT skills

Proficient use of Microsoft Office packages

Excellent problem solver

Commitment, enthusiasm and strong work ethic.

Ideally from a joinery/ manufacturing background
