One of Dublin's most well-known and progressive building contractors is currently recruiting for a Project QS to join their team due to recently winning over €100m + worth of work.

The company has established itself as a household name in Irish construction and has delivered a number of large scale projects in recent years.

The Role

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will work on complex projects from inception to final handover.

Responsibilities

• Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labour costs.
• Preparing, negotiating and analysing costs for tenders and contracts.
• Coordination of work effort.
• Valuing completed work and arranging for payments
• Final Accounts, Variations and Valuations

The Person

• Degree educated in Quantity Surveying or strong construction experience
• 3+ years' working as a QS
• Hungry to learn and develop
• Excellent communicator
• Strong time management and reporting skills
