CSR is currently recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a rapidly expanding building contractor based in Belfast.

The company are working on a number of projects throughout Belfast in sectors such as commercial, retail office and mixed use developments raging in value from £3m - £15m.  They are currently experiencing a high level of growth and are looking to build their busy commercial team.

Desirable criteria

• Degree educated in Quantity Surveying
• 2-5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Excellent commercial acumen
• Strong concise communication skills
• Excellent organisational capabilities

This is an NI based opportunity and will provide the successful QS excellent progression opportunities working for a company that has a strong pipeline of work and will continually develop their staff.
