Quantity Surveyor

·         Job Type: Permanent, full-time

·         Salary:  €75k- €85k + Car allowance +Benefits

The CSR Group is working with a well-known contractor in their recruitment of a quantity surveyor to work on a large scale project in North Dublin.

With 3 years of work due to commence onsite in early November, the company has a strong pipeline of future work in North Dublin and is actively recruiting an experienced Quantity Surveyor.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager you will work on projects from pre-contract through to final account.

The Person

• Degree in Quantity Surveying (or other commercially related discipline).
• 8 + years’ experience in a similar role
• Previous experience working on Residential projects is beneficial.
• Good management skills
• Good planning and time management skills; able to manage activities simultaneously without compromising on standards and quality.
• Sound knowledge of construction practises and standards.
• Proficiency in administration, writing, numeracy, IT and MS Office.
