Quantity Surveying Graduates

CSR are recruiting for Construction Graduates of 2021-2022!

We are currently recruiting for some of Northern Ireland's leading Construction Contractors & Consultancies.

We would like to hear from Construction Graduates who are interested in developing their career in the following disciplines:

o    Graduate Quantity Surveyors Co. Antrim (site and travel)

o    Graduate Quantity Surveyors Co. Tyrone (site based)

o    Graduate Quantity Surveyors Co. Armagh (site based)

As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will support the Senior Quantity Surveyor helping oversee the day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor profit and loss and compiling reports to show progress and identify risks.
• Attend meetings with commercial managers, Senior QS and contractors/ subcontractors and advise on any issues that may arise.
• Record and monitor variations on the contract.
• Cost forecasting.
• Taking measurements.

Successful candidate:

• To be considered for this role you must be a graduate or, graduating this year with a degree in Quantity Surveying with commercial management or related subject.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and improve effective internal and external relationships.
• Full clean driving license.
