Experienced Quantity Surveyor - Main Contractor

An opportunity exists for a Quantity Surveyor to join a top tier Building & Civil Engineering contractor with work based in Northern Ireland.

The company has an excellent reputation within the NI Construction market, having delivered a number of high profile and landmark schemes within the province. Typical projects include large-scale commercial, office, public sector, hotel and mixed use developments with values of up £50M.

This role will suit an ambitious Quantity Surveyor, which is wishing to develop and progress with a top tier contractor. You will have previous work history of working for a main contractor or a medium sized builder, involved on commercial sector projects.

You will report into the Managing Surveyor and be site based in NI 2/3 days per week. With a vast order book secured and work increasing, there will be limitless opportunities to grow and develop.

 The ideal candidate MUST have;

·         Experience in a Quantity Surveyor role.
·         A quantity surveying degree or similar further education.
·         A minimum of 3-5 years' experience with a main contractor.
·         A strong and stable work history to date
