A Project/ Intermediate Level Quantity Surveyors are required for a Tier One Building and Civil Engineering contractor based in Belfast.

Working on large scale projects across multiple sectors both in NI and further afield, the company continues to expand the Commercial Team. 

Duties

• Preparing cost budgets and prices for contract variations;
• Preparing subcontract valuation and payment certificates;
• Preparation of contract claims information;
• Evaluating/selecting subcontract tenders;
• Measurements
• Preparation of Final accounts

Criteria

• Degree educated in Quantity Surveying or relevant
• 2-6 years' experience in a similar role in either Building of Civil Engineering
• A willingness to travel 2-3 days a week
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent eye for detail
