CSR is currently recruiting for a Project Quantity Surveyor (Intermediate/ Senior level) to be involved on number of design & build projects.

Primarily based in Head Office (Co. Down), limited travel (one day per month) will be required to projects to mainland UK.

As Project / Quantity Surveyor your main responsibilities will include;

•  Working alongside the Commercial Manager/ Contracts Director to successfully manage and deliver various projects

•  Cover the whole project lifecycle from initial inception and business case development estimates, through the design and procurement process and onto the site delivery and commissioning phase.

•  Actively support the internal team and manage more junior staff on technically complex projects

•  Act as the day to day main client point of contact for projects.

•  Successful delivery of projects with minimum supervision, leading to further repeat clients and their business.

•  Manage and mentor junior staff to deliver our Cost Management service efficiently and effectively.

The successful individual should;

•  Be interpersonal and have strong communication skills

•  Have the ability to develop long term relationships

•  Understand and demonstrate the important of client focus

•  Be professionally qualified - ideally Quantity Surveying or equivalent
