Project Quantity Surveyor – Tier 1 contractor

One of Ireland’s most well-known, tier 1 building and Civil Engineering contractors is currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their commecial team

As an experienced Quantity Surveyor, you will be joining an established team, providing commercial support to a number of prestigious projects at various stages of their lifecycle predominately within Commercial, Data Centres, residential and retail. Your role will involve pre and post contract work.

Duties

•  Responding to tender enquiries.
• Preparing tender documents, including bills of quantities.
• Preparing monthly valuations.
• Cost reporting
• Variations
• Join meetings with both Developers and Clients in the office and on site

Criteria

·         Degree in Quantity Surveying, civil Engineering or relevant subject

·         6+ years’ experience in a similar role

·         Commercially minded

·         Excellent client skills

·         Attention to detail
