A Building & Civil Engineering contractor based in Co. Down seeks to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to work on a commercial, healthcare & education projects solely within the Northern Ireland region.

With long-term opportunities throughout the Belfast/ Co. Antrim regions, typical projects range up to £10M in value.  The company has an impressive portfolio of work, with an excellent staff retention rate.

 Reporting to the commercial director you will be responsible for the following:

• Managing subcontractor packages
• Subcontractor procurement
• Producing cost reports
• Subcontractor payments
• Valuations
• Variations
• Final accounts

Quantity Surveyor Experience required:

• Minimum 3- 7 years post qualified experience.
• Project value experience £2M+
• Project QS experience.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Commercially astute individual

Applicants with a main contracting background will be at a distinct advantage.
