A Northern Ireland based Building Contractor has an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with building experience to join the team.

Having secured a number of new build projects, there is a requirement for an additional Surveyor. This role provides the ideal opportunity for someone wishing to develop their career as a Quantity Surveyor. 

Reporting to the Managing Surveyor, you will be involved in the following:

• Subcontractor procurement
• Subcontractor payments
• Take offs from drawings
• On site measurements
• Valuations
• Variations
• Cost reports
• Final accounts

Experience Required:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
• Minimum 2/3 years Quantity Surveying experience
• NEC contract experience essential
• Strong work ethic and the willingness to learn and develop
