A Quantity Surveyor opportunity exists with a leading and well established Co. Armagh contractor.

Involved on new build commercial projects you will join long-established commercial team and will be responsible for preparing estimates, tendering subcontract packages, preparing valuations, agreeing final accounts, payment of subcontractors, material purchase, and continuously ensuring value for money and quality are upheld. This is an opportunity for an ambitious individual to be involved in all commercial aspects across projects within the commercial, retail, maintenance and residential sectors.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• 3rd Level Qualification in a Building/Construction, Engineering or Quantity Surveying related subject or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
• Strong knowledge of general building works, contract documents, construction practices & techniques
• Ability to interpret & make calculations based on drawings.
• Strong IT skills

NI Based Full-time.
