Working for an industry leader, you will work alongside the senior management team to ensure the programme, methodology and logistics is developed and maintained in a timely fashion to suit the project needs. You will take into account attention to constraints, budgets, safety and quality to ensure the smooth delivery of the project.

Key responsibilities and experience:

• Participate in defining work package breakdown and identifying scope of works to develop logistics strategy and planning.

• Participate in value engineering and buildability exercises.

• Conduct leading edge critical analysis of sequencing and sequencing methodologies.

• Produce and maintain work package documents that incorporate current and progressed procurement schedules, bar charts and package content sheets.

• Make recommendations, challenge programme proposals and give advice to teams on improving programme duration.

•  Prepare and issue monthly report 

•  Liaise with project teams to monitor progress and highlight deviations from schedule

•  Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly progress reports from gathering information from the construction teams.

The successful candidate will ideally possess a minimum of 2-3 years' construction planning experience. Applicants at a senior level will also be of interest.
