The CSR group are recruiting a Project Manager for one of Irelands top Construction companies for a Residential Project in County Louth due to start shortly. The project itself is due to last 2 years.

This company is well – known for successfully completing projects on – time and on-budget with a number of repeat business clients and has grown from strength to strength in recent years.

They are looking for a talented and ambitious individual who is looking for a career move, to join a great experienced team.

 The Role

·         Manage and implement safe systems of working.

·         Report directly to the Managing Director.

·         Delivery of capital projects on budget and to schedule.

·         Reviewing tenders with operations team as necessary.

·         Participating in preparation of necessary documents for inclusion on tender submissions, including site visits.

·         Planning and programming of work.

The Person

·         Proven previous experience

·         5+ years Project Management experience with a 3rd level degree in a relevant discipline.

·         Main contractors experience preferable

·         High level of ability and advanced knowledge of Construction methods and technologies

·         Strong budgeting and financial management skills

·         Excellent eye for detail

·         Excellent written and interpersonal skills
