Project Manager- Midlands

Our client a well-established and progressive Civils and Plant company are seeking a Project manager/Senior Engineer for a range of civil projects in West & Midlands. The projects this company work on include roads windfarms watermain schemes etc. Including a link road in Tullamore and a flood relief in Athlone 

Responsibilities will include:

· Manage both site staff and subcontractors

· Liasing with project stakeholers including Client, Designers, Govt bodies etc.

· Overseeing Quality and Health and Safety on site

· Planning out weekly work programs with Site Foreman and sub-contractors to ensure works are on programme

· Procuring and managing materials required for the project.

· Managing setting out and surveying on site if required.

· Site administration management etc

To be successful in this role you must have:

- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role

- Strong civils background.

- Excellent communication skills
