The CSR Group is recruiting on behalf of a one of Ireland's leading building Contractors, who specialise in the delivery of Schools, Hotels, Office's and High End Residential developments throughout Ireland and the UK. With over 60 years' experience operating, the company has continued to steadily grow year on year and are now in the position to recruit new project managers to join them to help continue to deliver projects of the highest standard UK wide.

The multi award winning contractor will provide the successful Project Manager the opportunity to head a construction team on a commercial project. There is a high salary with this role, as well as accommodation & flights (if needed) and excellent package / bonus.

Role

• Reporting to the Senior Contracts Director
• Provide technical support
• Influential in key decision making
• Maintain continuous professional development to ensure appropriate technical awareness
• Chair weekly meetings

Requirements

• Strong Trades / Engineering Background
• Experienced (8 + years) track record managing projects valued £25M+
• Provide a detailed Project List for New Build Contracts
• Strong IT Skills
