Location:              Belfast

Travel:                  1 day per fortnight

The Company

Your new employer is a Cost Consultancy who have secured a mass of new work for 2024 and further afield. They require a Project Manager to join their team of surveyors and PMs to become part of a team working on large scale projects valued from £20 million through to around £80 million.

The bulk of the project will be premium hotel works along with some student accommodation and mixed use developments. The role will require some travel to the UK for the projects over there, this will be 1 day per fortnight.

The projects will be JCT and D&B forms of contract.

Responsibilities

You will be included and/expected to be aware of:

• Planning processes
• Project costs
• Programs used
• Specifications
• Client warranties and insurances
• Start to finish process of Design & Build projects

• Passionate about the role
• Ability to fit into current team
• Drive to progress yourself and your new employer
• Passion to continue or to start your PM career
• Degree in Construction Related Discipline (Surveying/ Construction/ Architecture)
