As part of our ongoing expansion, we are now embarking on a significant large-scale residential development in South Dublin. This project will encompass modern residential units, green spaces, and community facilities. We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Project Manager to take the lead and ensure the project is executed with excellence.
Role Overview:
The Project Manager will have full responsibility for the planning, coordination, and execution of all phases of this large residential development. This role will require you to oversee project schedules, budgets, and teams, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance are met. You will act as a primary liaison between architects, engineers, contractors, and local authorities, to keep the project on track from ground-breaking through to completion.
