The CSR Group are recruiting on behalf of a one of Northern Ireland's newest Main Contractors, who provide a full range of services in the North and South of Ireland. Due to expansion and recent projects won they are currently on the look-out for a Project manager to cover a new build residential scheme and a steel frame multi storey extension project.

The Successful candidate will have no more than one day a week travel with no overnight stays, and will be based in the head office in Newry the remaining days.

Packages start around £65-75k

Role

• Reporting to the Managing Director
• Provide technical support
• Influential in key decision making
• Maintain continuous professional development to ensure appropriate technical awareness
• Chair weekly meetings

Requirements

• Experienced track record managing projects valued £5M+
• Provide a detailed Project List for New Build Contracts
• Strong IT Skills
• Main Contractor Experience
