Project Director – Large Apartment Development

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Director to lead the delivery of a large-scale apartment development in North County Dublin. This is a high-profile project, and we require a dynamic leader who can oversee all aspects of construction, ensuring timely completion, cost control, and the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the project from inception to completion
• Oversee project planning, budgets, schedules, and resources
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
• Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and key stakeholders
• Drive programme efficiency while maintaining project specifications
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolving technical and operational challenges
• Represent the company in client and stakeholder meetings
• Monitor financial performance and ensure cost-effective project delivery

Requirements:

• 10+ years’ experience in construction project management, with a strong track record in large residential or mixed-use developments
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Experience working with a main contractor or large developer
• Proven ability to manage large teams and complex projects
• Strong understanding of Irish building regulations and compliance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and reporting
