PPP Manager - Tier 1 Contractor

A Leading, Tier 1 Main Contractor with offices throughout Ireland is currently recruiting for a PPP Manager to work on a large scale multi-project PPP Bundle throughout Ireland.

The role encompasses management multiple projects and stakeholder engagement with the end client and PPP Company.

the successful candidate will be responsible for design management including the design review process and co-ordination of external design teams, the internal BIM delivery team, design review procedure, and valuation process.

The role manages the interaction and reporting between the construction delivery team and the PPP Co SPV on progress reporting and commercial management of the overall PPP Bundle delivery

Responsibilities

• Lead representative in relation to engagement between the construction delivery team and the PPP Company  
• Management of hub team and their interaction with the multiple project delivery teams 
• Managing the delivery requirements within the hub to ensure all information is developed, communicated and delivered within set timelines and taking cognizance of commonality requirements  
• Periodic reporting requirements for the bundle of projects, ensuring that all reports are received in a timely manner from the project teams and issued to the PPP  client
• Managing the requirement for monthly commercial valuations to be collated from the 6 project teams into one Bundle commercial submission
