Duties will include:
o Represent the company at meetings, promote the correct company image and ensure staff are aware of their responsibilities in this area
o Lead the management of design consultants to ensure information is provided to suit the procurement strategy, manage the production of working drawings by trade contractors within the given timeframes
o Ensure that all work methods are sufficient to meet the projects needs
o Ensure that the master programme and schedule of deliverables for the project is development, meeting the requirements of the brief and the clients' expectations.
o Oversee all works of the trade contractors, contributing to the selection of key specialists, suppliers, productions including the production of working drawings, procurement and prefabrication and performance on site.
o Develop clear, detailed and practical measures of performance to meet project objectives.
o Regularly inspect works for compliance with design and report on progress, ensuring remedial action is taken within agreed timelines.
Contracts Managers with a proven track record within the Building Services Industry are encouraged to apply.
o You will possess demonstrable experience as a Project Manager/ Contracts Manager on commercial, refurbishment or maintenance projects.
o Educated to HNC level or equivalent is preferred
o Likely to hold professional qualification
o Ensures that the organisation/ department delivers high quality service
o Understands/ manages internal client relationships/ partnerships

Duties will include managing the resourcing of direct / sub contract labour, liaising with specialist sub-contractors on their package works. You will also oversee the progression and development of all mechanical projects during the construction, commissioning and snagging periods through to the project's completion.
Ideally you'll have a minimum of 3 years' management experience. You will also possess a strong work ethic and ambitious attitude.
