Managing Quantity Surveyor

A Managing Quantity Surveyor is required by a leading Main Contractor based in Dublin.

The successful QS will initially be responsible for the delivery of a landmark project in south county Dublin valued at over €30m with full support from Junior staff.

With over 20 years’ experience throughout Ireland the company has built a reputation for delivering complex construction projects to repeat business clients on time and on budget.

They have a broad portfolio of successfully completed projects across a range of sectors including Residential, Restoration / Refurbishment, Hospitality, Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare and Pharmaceutical.

With a number of high profile projects in greater Dublin, they are currently looking to bring in a Senior Quantity Surveyor to successfully deliver projects and to mentor junior commercial staff.

Criteria

·         Degree educated in Quantity Surveying or related topic

·         7+ years’ experience working as a Quantity Surveyor

·         Previous experience working for a main contractor is beneficial

·         Excellent commercial acumen

·         Strong leadership skills
