The CSR Group is working with a leading International Power Generation and Data Centre Construction Company in their recruitment of a Commercial Manager to initiall oversee a €100m Infrastructure project in Dublin.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, the successfull applicant will work alongside the Project/Contracts Manager ensuring the successful delivery of 3 projects totalling €100m.

The Role

• Managing the Commercial elements of 3 seperate projects running in parallel
• The ability to work closely with the operations and delivery team ensuring work is carried out as effectively as possible
• working with the client to ensure any issues are resolved in a satidsfactory manner
• Cost reporting

The Person

• Strong Commercial Background
• Previous experience working on Power generation, Data Centres, Heavy Civils or similar projects is Beneficial
• 10+years experience
• The ability to manage sub-contractors effectively
• Strong negotiator with a client focused approach
