Our client is a privately owned main contractor, specialising in new build commercial projects. They have been operating for over 50 years with a very strong ethos within mixed use developments, and commercial projects.
About the Role:
Our client is currently requiring a Junior/ Intermediate Estimator to join to the current team. Candidates will ideally be from a new build commercial background . The individual must be able to communicate well with both commercial team and clients and have a professional but non adversarial approach with the emphasis of working together.
o Reporting into the Estimating Director
o Capable of fitting and integrating well into a dynamic team
o Ability to produce cost plans / Bill of Quantity's from scratch
