Joinery Site Supervisor - London based work 

My client are a prestigious high end fit out contractor and they are after Site Managers / Supervisors on a permanent basis.

Site Manager must have strong Fit Out experience and preferably from a joinery background

The company are one of the leading contractors within the industry. My clients are in a campaign for a Site Manager that can deliver extremely high finishes on flagship projects ranging from £500k - £5M

My client has work all over the UK and any applicant MUST be willing to travel to some degree

The role

• Reporting directly to the Contracts Manager
• Oversee all projects from start to finish
• Project planning, budgeting and identification of resources needed
• Create the teams, develop the objectives/goals of each and assign individual responsibilities.
• Monitor the progress of the construction activities on a regular basis and hold regular progress meetings with all the sub-teams
• Ensure project documents are complete
• Co-ordinate all parties involved in the project
• To maintain a high standard of health and safety on site and within the companies health and safety policy
• To control all site activities and deal with any site problems or queries
• To manage project within budget and on time
• To maintain a high standard of finish on the project
• SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid are all mandatory for any applicants.
