Based in Belfast, our client, an Interior Fit-Out contractor wishes to recruit a Quantity Surveyor/ Estimator.

Constructing full interior fit outs for a range of blue chip main contractors, sectors include retail, commercial, health care, education and multi room design & build.

A requirement exists for Estimator/Quantity Surveyor to start initially on two projects, including working with new tenders and projects as they arise. The initial projects include a £1.25 million hotel fit out and £2 million care home fit out.

You will be primarily based in head office with some travel once a week/ fortnight on site throughout NI, ROI and mainland UK.

A professional attitude and commercial awareness is necessary for this job role. Ideally you will possess 2-5 years' experience within the construction industry. Applicants with fit-out or subcontractor experience will be at an advantage.

A competitive package will be offered dependant on experience and will be negotiated on successful appointment.
