In this IT Support role you will be working with a Team that focusses on Incident Management, Service Request Management, Contract / Supplier Management and IP Telephony Infrastructure support.
This requires a candidate who has a minimum of 1 years proven Incident & Service Request experience, gained during the last 3 years. You will have excellent troubleshooting, triaging and problem solving skills in relation to all IT technical issues and service request logged by customers.
