Helpdesk Operative / Construction Administrator

CSR are currently recruiting on behalf of our construction client to work as part of the Help Desk Team in providing a quality service to our client base. The Helpdesk Operator will have previous administrative experience with knowledge of a Helpdesk system.

 

Location: Lisburn 

 

Key Duties:

  • Answering incoming calls from clients to the help desk
  • Receiving orders and distributing jobs
  • Monitoring of jobs from allocation to completion
  • Liaising with WJM Operatives, Management and Sub-contractors
  • Liaising with Clients
  • Updating a variety of spreadsheets daily
  • Logging on and off site to clients as necessary
  • Updating system with relevant information for jobs still in working progress
  • Provide clients with the engineer report upon completion of job if requested.

 

Essential Criteria

  1. Previous Administration experience
  2. Good verbal communication skills for answering telephones and taking enquiries.
  3. Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel
  4. Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  5. Good time management and organisation skills

 

Desirable

  1. Previous Help Desk experience
  2. Previous experience in a Facilities Management Company

 

Any other duties as may be reasonably required from time to time by your employer.
