Our client are a long running Engineering Company with an HR Officer role available with the short term goal of taking over from the current HR Manager. They have a busy office and have a mass of projects on their books for the rest of the year and into 2021. They are offering a great package and a fantastic opportunity to step into a Senior HR management role in the near future.
Duties / Responsibilities:
· Employment Contracts
· Recruitment
· Pay Reviews
· Maintaining staff records
· Training organisation
· Managing annual leave, sickness leave etc
· Keeping procedures up to date with latest government guidance etc
· Induction of new staff
· GDPR compliance
Ideally, an enthusiastic and driven individual with some HR experience behind them is going to be the perfect fit. You will have the assistance of the current HR Manager with the goal of taking on their role in the near future.
