A specialist contractor based in Belfast has an excellent opportunity for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial division. Working alongside the Senior QS, this is a great job role for a Graduate QS to develop their experience within the sub-contracting construction sector.

The company is involved on a number of prestigious projects throughout the Ireland & the UK. Projects include high profile New Build Hotels, Office Developments, Retail & Government Projects.

Person Specification

•  Graduate Quantity Surveyor (1-4 years post graduate experience)

•  Qualified to Degree level in Quantity Surveying or similar discipline

•  Must live within a commutable distance to North Belfast area.

Applicants with experience working for a subcontractor will be at an advantage, however this is not essential.
