General/Finishing Foreman – South Dublin

The CSR group is looking for an experienced General/Finishing Foreman to join one of Ireland’s leading Residential property developers. They have been one of the steadiest growing companies over the last 60 years and have been delivering quality projects throughout that time. They’re currently working on some large scale projects and looking to expand their team. This would ideally suit a General Foreman who has some Finishing Experience and coming from a trade background.

The Role

·         Responsible for the day to day running of the site.

·         Maintaining the highest of health and safety standards on site

·         Managing trades and labour

·         Maintaining Site Diary

·         Attending all relevant meetings

·         Reporting directly to the Managing Director

·         Ordering of supplies

The Person

·         Preferably from a trade background

·         Previous Residential experience

·         Excellent communicator both verbal and written

·         Proficient IT skills

·         5 + years in a similar role

·         Keen eye for detail

·         Good team leader
