Fit-out site manager, Citywest Co. Dublin

Our client are seeking a site manager for to complete the internal fitout of a creche including full mechanical/Electrical infrastructure (1^st and 2^nd fix), New AHU’s, emergency lighting, fire alarm, Installation of new partitions and ceilings including grid and MF. Installation of all new fire doors, flooring, joinery, tiling, sanitaryware to bathrooms and bathroom dividers and finally decorations. Value of the  project: 1.1 Million

Responsibilities:

- Take charge of fit-out projects, making sure they're on time and within budget

- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and all the folks involved

- Keep an eye on project progress, quality, and safety

- Work closely with clients, architects, and designers to meet project requirements

- Keep all the important project docs in order

Qualifications:

- You gotta have some experience as a site manager in fit-out or construction projects

- Show off your leadership and organizational skills

- Be a pro at communication and dealing with people

- Know your way around building codes, regulations, and safety standards

- Be a multitasking champ and thrive under pressure
