Fit-out Site Manager- Dublin

Our client a leading shopfitter in Ireland For over 35 years, their  team of expert designers and craftsmen have delivered turnkey and bespoke shopfitting services to a wide range of retail and commercial units in Dublin, Cork and all over Ireland. They are currently seeking a fit-out site manager for an array of retail projects across Dublin.

Roles and Responsibilities

·         Maintaining quality & safety control procedures.

·         Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings.

·         To plan, manage and deliver all activities in an efficient and cost effective manner.

·         Adhering to and ensuring the Health & Safety of the entire site and project.

·         Management of subcontractors and direct labour workforce

Criteria

·         3+ years' experience

·         Good IT skills

·         Site Management Safety Pass & 1st Aid

·         Excellent communication skills at all levels

·         Full Clean Driving Licence
