Site Manager Fit-out

Our client a leading fitout contractor with over 25 years of experience in fit-outs are currently seeking an experienced site manager ideally with a trade background am office projects in Limerick

The company is a market leader in the industry and is looking for someone with good finishing or fitout experience to fill the position. This is a great opportunity to work with one of Ireland’s leading fitout companies

Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee fit-out projects in Dublin, ensuring they're completed on time and within budget

- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution

- Monitor project progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards

- Work closely with clients, architects, and designers to meet project requirements

- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a project manager in fit-out or construction projects

- Strong leadership and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure
