Fit-Out Site Manager

Dublin, Ireland

Our client a are seeking a Fitout site manager for a n office project in Dublin with a valuation of 5 Million Euros**. This company has a strong pipeline of work and are seeking a permenant site manager to join their team.

**Responsibilities:**

- Oversee and manage all aspects of the fit-out project to ensure timely completion within budget.

- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project requirements.

- Implement and maintain high-quality standards of workmanship and safety on-site.

- Monitor progress, resolve issues, and report regularly to project stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with regulations, specifications, and client expectations.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a site manager in fit-out projects, preferably in commercial settings.

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.

- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.

- Health and Safety certification is a plus.
