Fit-Out Site Manager

Our client with over 60 years of experience in the Irish Market are growing with a strong pipeline of work in the Dublin area. They are seeking an experienced Fit-Outs Site manager to fit -out 8 numbered apartments the project will last 8 months and will ideally suit someone with a trade background.

Responsibilities

• Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings.
• To plan, manage and deliver all construction activities in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
• Adhering to and ensuring the Health & Safety of the entire site and project.
• Management of subcontractors and direct labour workforce

Criteria

• 5+ years' experience
• Site Management Safety Pass & 1st Aid
• Excellent communication skills at all levels
