Finishing Foreman- Malahide

The Role

CSR has partnered with a leading residential developer with 4 decades of experience to help them find an experienced finishing foreman who is ambitious and has a strong attention for detail for their residential project in Malahide.

Roles and Responsibilities

·         Reporting to a Project Manager

·         Liaise with various subcontractors on a daily basis

·         Reporting to a Project Manager

·         Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with specification and programme

·         Ensure all H&S, Quality and Environmental systems are managed and adhered to.

Criteria

·         5 years’ experience

·         Strong communication skills

·         Ability to lead a team

·         Excellent knowledge of construction operations and equipment

·         Strong IT skills
