An interior fit out company with work based throughout the UK & Ireland, wishes to appoint an Estimator to be involved in luxury Fitout schemes.

This company is one of the UK's leading fit out industry providers that specialises bespoke interiors and a range of materials. Estimators with a fit out estimating background will be at a distinct advantage, however building contracting experience will also be considered.

Job Description / Key Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate incoming tender information in various formats.
• Compile accurate, compliant cost estimates.
• Obtaining quotes and prices from sub-contractors & suppliers
• Communicating with all parties on technical and pricing matters to ensure compliance.
• Establish and enhance professional working relationships with clients and sub-contractors.
• Following up submitted tenders and managing post-tender query processes.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 year' experience in an Estimating role.
• Fitout experience preferable.
• Knowledge of estimating software systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
• IT skills, proactive attitude and commercial acumen

Our client is looking for Estimator who can effectively estimate project efficiently to mirror the needs of the sector. The successful candidate will have time served/knowledge on commercial & preferably interior fit outs.
